Joy’s invitations
Joy did such a great job with her invites, I’m so glad she sent them! Letterpressed them all herself too!
I thought these were right up your alley…
Boyfriend and i are getting married in DUMBO at Smack Mellon.. on earth day! April 22…i can’t decide if i was more excited to get married or do wedding crafts! we had so much fun making our own announcements and save the dates that i wanted to do the invites as well..i’ve pretty much always been obsessed with letterpress so i took a workshop at The Arm (thearmnyc.com) in Brooklyn.. then bf and i came up with the idea for our invite.. i figured out illustrator, had a plate made and went back into the studio to press all of them! im in love.. i could do it all day! ha!

Swayspace
Aren’t these invites just the coolest? New custom work from Swayspace…I just love the woodgrain and how the text wraps itself in between.

Paperwink invitations
Darcey and Tara started Paperwink after working together at knock knock, one of my favorite funny shops to buy gifts at. What I love about Paperwink is that it takes smart graphic design, and puts it towards branding your wedding experience…from the invites, to the envelopes, to the stamps and labels. I know for my wedding I paid attention to all those little details, so having a company like this makes life a lot easier! The girls are also offering 15% off invitation suites when you order 4 or more pieces by April 1st…just mention Brooklyn Bride when ordering.
