Lorena takes the standard takeout food container and casts it in colorful porcelain! I love these for registry items, as well as gifts for the bridal party! Check out more at her Etsy shop.

Amanda and Matthew are fellow Brooklynites that are getting married next year in Detroit, but took some awesome shots in and around DUMBO thanks to their photographer Jessica Johnson. They actually took their bridal session photos in full gear, and plan on displaying them at the wedding. Amanda’s Knot bio has some great images, so check it out. I can’t wait to see how it all turns out!

One Girl Cookie is a place on Dean Street in Brooklyn I’ve always wanted to try, but always happens to be closed when I’m in the neighborhood. All handmade and DELICIOUS, they just launched their new Cookie Bar for weddings last night at the BFF Event. There are many options…they can send the cookies to your caterers, they can set up the display for you at your location, or they can even be there to serve your guests! Contact email@example.com for more information……
[I'll have more from the Best in Bridal event tomorrow!]

Jennifer Behr was one of the talented people I met last night at the BFF Event. She creates these spectacular headpieces that lean more towards the untraditional bride….perfect for me! I completely fell head over heels over her yellow feathered headpiece…they can come in an array of colors, but this particular one might actually work out perfectly for my green + white theme with a splash of yellow-y goodness! I also loved the patent leather orchid combs…very hip and modern…those also can come in different colors, but I think the white is a strong enough statement because of the texture. Best of all, she’s a Brooklyn girl! Check her out!

five and a half is a brooklyn based bookmaking and design studio started by Judy Lee. All the journals are lightweight, sustainable, and feature the art of some great photographers and illustrators. I got to see the Bushwick journal while at Cog and Pearl this past weekend, and completely fell in love. Great for gifts!
