We’re looking for engaged couples to feature in the Fall/Winter 2010 issue of Brides Local Magazines (on newsstands as Brides New York, Brides Chicago, Brides Southern California, etc).
Are you newly engaged and overwhelmed by the gift-registry process? Are you having a hard time finding items that fit your personal style? We want to help!
Using your favorite home décor item as inspiration, we’ll create a list of registry items that reflect your personal style. This inspiration item can be anything—a favorite piece of vintage china, a much-loved tablecloth, or an eye-catching throw pillow.
Couples who have already registered can be considered for the story as well. And, of course, featured couples do not need to take any of our suggestions.
If you would like to be considered for the story, please email the following to Allison_Bean@condenast.com with the subject ‘Registry Story’.

- Groom’s Name:

- Three words that describe your personal style:

I almost forgot to mention…Bklynpillow is in the new issue of Brides Local, on newstands now! The challenge behind these looks was to create a wedding around the aesthetic of a store…mine was West Elm, but there was also Anthropologie, Sephora, and Crabtree & Evelyn. Halfway through, I discovered that my friends at Mark Joseph Cakes and Fleurs were also in on the same challenge…check out what everyone came up with in the issue! It just goes to show, you can find inspiration everywhere.
