My wedding day got off to a really bad start when my hair and makeup turned out terribly – and I’m not exaggerating! Luckily my maid of honor saved the day by fixing both my makeup and my hair, but that made me very late to take pictures around the city with Mr. Bee. My being late ended up not mattering, because our limo driver was even later than I was!

Despite everything that went wrong before the wedding even started, none of it really phased me. This picture was taken as I was getting into the car to head to the ceremony, and you can see that I was just so happy to be getting married to Mr. Bee.

And what’s that reflection you see in the car door? Why it’s the Brooklyn Bridge of course!

Look what the postman brought me last night! Yes, ladies, I succumbed to the peer pressure of your comments and got the darn bag from JCrew…a little more gunmetal-y than expected, but gorgeous nontheless. Did you know its made of Italian suede with this crackle treatment on top? Eventually the crackle will start to peel off, but this will just add to lovely, vintage feel of it. sigh….I love my Chipotle burrito bag. [pardon the not so great pics]
