I found the work of Myra Callan through Etsy Wedding and was absolutely blown away! These truly are the headpieces I’ve been looking for the past 2 years! I’ve already got my veil, but anyone else still searching should definitely look no further!

Herve Leger Fall 2008
I was lucky enough to get to see Herve Leger‘s first New York runway show ever this past Sunday and it really was a sight to see! At the end was a fabulous dress that could definitely pose as a wedding dress for some stick thin reader…or someone with some major Spanx underneath! I don’t know how I missed out on seeing all the celebs that were there!!

Brideshead Revisited
A few weekends ago I headed uptown to visit Brideshead Revisited over at The Wedding Library [they were also at the Wedding Party]. I’m happy to announce that I’m pretty sure I found my veil, but I won’t tell which one since Chad doesn’t want to know [and reads Brooklyn Bride RELIGIOUSLY!], but for you brides who are looking for something a little out of the ordinary, I would definitely check them out. All the veils are custom made, and you can customize most aspects of them to your liking. They’ve also got beautiful flowers, brooches, and headbands too.
