Chocolat Moderne

I recently had the opportunity to visit Chocolat Moderne‘s studio for a yummy chocolate tasting (nice perk right?)  I’ve always been a big believer that favors should be something edible, because lets face it, no one wants a heavy crystal picture frame or random tchotchke.  Chocolates are kinda perfect, and the flavors that they’ve come up with are so unique, like Kalamata Olive, Baklava, and practically every kind of praliné you can think of.  You can also customize your chocolates, so if you want a particular filling in a particular shape or type of chocolate, you can do that!

I dont know about you, but I’m STILL not tired of seeing neon!  Never thought I’d see it worked into a wedding cake so perfectly, but of course at MSW, they make it happen!

Bee’s Knees Baking Co.

I had a chance to discover Bee’s Knees Baking Co. over the weekend at Wedding Crashers and found it to be a great find!  The cakes are served in glasses you can rent, or else have them personalized for your wedding and BAM!  Instant wedding favor!  With lots of flavors to choose from, everyone will be happy!
