I must be on some dessert kick, because I just remembered Wine Cellar Sorbet….I tasted their Rose and Sangria flavors a few weeks back at Atlantic Antic, and I’ve got to say, its pretty authentic….I normally HATE wine but I would totally eat this. I can see it for a more sophisticated version of the ice cream bar…or paired with a delicate dessert cake…lovely for bridal showers!

This could make a great NY themed ice cream bar….with flavors like Upper East Side Rich White Vanilla, Bay Ridge Amaretto Amore, or Staten Island Landfill, you can’t go wrong…..

Coming December 31, there will be a new Martha Stewart book on the market, all about wedding cakes! Included will be information on deciding on the right style and flavors, how to find and hire a baker, cost cutting ideas, and all the details you’ll need on baking your OWN cake….with decorating directions and everything!
Can’t wait for my own copy!

Ahh, another year older…after a while you don’t even notice! I’m swamped today with work and birthday festivities, so no posts today.
