Vosges Haut Chocolat
Since we’re on the topic of chocolates, I couldn’t forget mentioning one of my favorite places for treats, Vosges. We got a box of their exotic caramels here at the office last Christmas, and I’ve been hooked ever since. With truffle flavors like Naga (curry + coconut + milk chocolate) or Black Pearl (ginger + wasabi + sesame seeds + dark chocolate), its like nothing you’ve ever tasted, and I’m sure your guests would agree. And for those of you with purple in your wedding scheme, their boxes are the prettiest shade of violet.

The Chocolate Bar
The Chocolate Bar definitely has some good looking chocolates…I think the grafitti bars would be GREAT as favors for the ultimate NYC or Brooklyn wedding. I noticed that they’ll customize their truffles with designs for corporate functions…but who knows…maybe they’ll even do one for your special day if you order a certain amount!

Miette Patisserie
Miette in San Francisco is a beautiful organic patisserie with the most BEAUTIFUL displays and store…I’m still trying to figure out where the wallpaper is from! You could get some great ideas from them for a candy bar at your own wedding. Maybe even do a candy themed wedding!? When it looks as good as this, you can’t go wrong!
