As we get closer and closer to the wedding, I know I’m going to need Chad to buy me one of these charts for his own protection….

Woodland Paper Fancies

Laurie of lalalaurie emailed me last night with her new collection of boutonnieres and I fell in love! I’ve totall been seeing a trend of whimsical bouts incorporating feathers and such, and I love how men AND women can wear these. That double deer one is mine!

Custom Chuck Taylors

Did you know you can custom design your own Chuck Taylors? You can pick the colors, style, and even include text [like your wedding date, hint hint]. I think they would make fun gifts for your groomsmen, or even your hubby….

Groom sites

I wish more grooms would take the initiative and write THEIR side of the story when it comes to weddings…I’m sure we’re all wondering whats going on in their heads during this process. Mike introduced me to The Grooms Truth, his blog about “the truth behind weddings and the girl you’re marrying”….And of course, there’s Groom Groove, a great place for grooms and the males in the bridal party to find out all the tricks of the trade….
Do you guys know of any others out there?

Teno rings

This past weekend Chad and I went to pick up his wedding band….after looking at a couple of stores, we settled on Teno in Soho [they also have a website]. He was looking for something simple and comfortable, and a little architectural….we ended up getting the first image…a stainless steel band with silver inlay. I think its very him, and while it doesn’t match my set, its sort of reminiscent of it, which I like. Teno has all sorts of bands, some with diamond, metal inlays, rubber or ceramic inlays, but all with a very minimal aesthetic.
