Natalie and Joe from Vosges were another joy to meet [they just got married last month!]! Everyone knows I’m obsessed with their caramels, but darn it if I didn’t love the truffles too! They had these delicious peanut butter bonbons that were essentially an upscale peanut butter cup that put Reese’s to shame, and the Naga truffle of sweet indian curry, coconut, and milk chocolate was phenomenal. I am a huge fan of using their chocolate as favors because their flavors are so different and unique.

Oh. My. Gosh. Last night was so fun at the St. Regis!! I got my name written by Bernard Maisner, had my portrait taken by George of Harold Hechler [sorry, no website], delighted in the deliciousness of Ron Ben Israel, Vosges, and One Girl Cookie….and even got to meet some of the people I’ve blogged about! Best of all, I got to meet some great new people, including….[dramatic drumroll please] Darcy Miller from MS Weddings!
Tara + Meredith, I can’t thank you enough for the invite! It was a great event!

Auto, one of my favorite stores for jewelry, home accessories, and the such, is launching a collection of engagement, wedding, and commitment rings. As part of New York’s Design Week, its a great excuse to drag your hunny over for some not-so-subtle hints.
Sunday May 20 6-8pm.
“Please join us for the launch party of auto’s engagement, wedding and commitment ring services. We invited our stable of jewelry designers to think outside the “blue box” and come up with their own interpretation of wedding and engagement rings. Finally, a good excuse to get committed.”
