Save the Date: Krista + Neil

Neil and I collaborated on the look of our Save the Dates (with Neil doing the heavy lifting in Photoshop), pulling inspiration from vintage postcards.  We had our postcards printed by overnightprints.com.  They did a wonderful job, and the offset printing (which we were told elsewhere would be hundreds of dollars) was under $40 for 100!  We also saved on postage by keeping the card size to 4×6.  Neil and I had so much fun working together on this, it makes our Save the Dates even more special to me.

This is such an awesome idea! I love the vintage postcard look but all the save the dates I’ve seen that have this feel are ungodly expensive. Great to know that it’s possible to create something really cute and not blow the budget.
