I hired Naeemah to do my hair on my wedding day and could not have been happier with her work! She really listened to what I wanted and styled my hair exactly as I asked (and even better than I pictured!). She was a pleasure to have around the morning of my wedding – her calmness and confidence were a huge relief on such a stressful day! She also styled my bridesmaids and mother’s hair and everyone could not have looked better both in person and in the photographs!

I hired Under Her Veil after seeing a wedding they had done on Brooklyn Bride and was fortunate enough to work with Vicky and Marissa. Under Her Veil was easily one of the most professional and responsive vendors I worked with in planning my wedding. Leah was super helpful in working around my schedule and keeping in touch in the lead up to my wedding. I had done multiple trials before working with Under Her Veil and while other hair and make up artists had told me what they couldn’t do or didn’t think made sense, Vicky and Marissa listened carefully to what I wanted and were always positive and happy to work with my ideas. They were calm and a pleasure to have around on the morning of my wedding and did a truly amazing job with everyone’s styling.

I used Underherveil for my November wedding and they were amazing. Leah was more than accommodating. I could not have asked for anything more. Sonia and Vicky did my hair and makeup. I was so happy with the entire process and experience of working with such wonderful and talented people on such an important day. I highly recommend their services.

I wanted a really simple blow out for my wedding, but needed it done super early in the morning. Under Her Veil was the ONLY place that was able to accommodate both…plus, they gave me a slight discount since my hairstyle was so simple! Naeemah was my stylist and she was AMAZING. She was available via email before the wedding so I could ask questions. Day-of she came right on time and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. I loved my hair and loved working with her! The cute gift bag with mini hairspray REALLY helped later in the day too during pictures. Overall, I was beyond pleased with Under Her Veil and would recommend them to anyone!

Under Her Veil was an absolute pleasure to work with! Leah was responsive, helpful, and accommodating from day 1 and leading up to our wedding. I was fortunate enough to work with Marissa and Vicky who I can’t say enough good things about! They are talented, warm/friendly, reliable, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which shone right through their incredible work and interest during the trials and on the day of our wedding. They listen to what you want and most of all, want you to be happy with the outcome! They were an absolute joy to have around on the wedding day. I knew we had all made a connection to them when on the wedding day, Marissa got emotional after she had finished my hair and placed the veil. They are incredible artists and wonderful people!

I hired Naheemah and her assistant for my wedding after searching for a stylist who fit both my pocket and my asthetic. My experience with Under Her Veil was superb from start to finish, I coudn’t have asked for more. Leah was my point of contact and she facilitated the business aspect of the services rendered.

My bridal party and I were fortunate to have such a professional, friendly and talented team style our hair for my special day. Their artistry is endless! They were able to transform several hair types into the sophisticated styles we were looking for. I had a gorgeous, soft up-do and after literally dancing 4 hours straight at my reception- my hair still looked freshly done. If you’re looking for bridal hair services- I highly recommend Under Her Veil.

Under Her Veil was truly an absolute pleasure to work with and I could not have been happier! From the very beginning Leah was responsive, helpful, and accommodating.
I was lucky enough to have Naeemah do my hair and she and her assistant did all of my bridal party and mother and mother-in-law and everyone loved them. They were so easy to work with, they are talented, warm/friendly, and incredible at what they do.
They listened to what we wanted to genuinely wanted us to be happy! They are incredible artists and wonderful people!
