Real wedding: Hannah + Brad
I’ve seriously been dying to see this Vera Wang dress on a real bride, so I’m extra excited to share this wedding with you today! And shot beautifully by the fabulous Tory Williams of course!
Our wedding was everything we imagined. We wanted it to be relaxed and fun and most of all a reflection of us.
The ceremony was super short. We had a good friend officiate and during the part where he said, ‘ is there anyone present who knows of a reason why Hannah & Brad cannot be married’, our Dog, Bagel (flower dog), howled. We couldn’t have planned it better!
We wanted to have a cocktail hour type feel to the whole evening, so we had drinks and passed appetizers on the roof terrace of the Foundry for the cocktail hour. Then we headed to the main space to party. We had tapas style service for the food including Kentucky style ribs and English bangers and mash, reflecting our backgrounds.
Our guests ate, drank and danced the entire night away, which is exactly how we wanted it.
Our wedding was not a traditional wedding but to us it was perfect.
