Sponsored post: Win $200 to Williams Sonoma

When Chad and I got engaged, we knew that Williams-Sonoma would definitely be one of the places we’d register…after all, its where serious cooks shop, and Chad seriously likes to cook!  In fact, it was probably when Chad first made me a batch of his incredible Jambalaya that I knew he’d be the one for me!  It had been awhile since I’d checked out the website, so I was ecstatic to find some pretty things for my modern kitchen…

Of course what kitchen could be without the Kitchenaid stand mixer?  We registered for one in white which has been sitting in storage since our tiny apartment has no space, but that’s all going to change when we move next month!  Bring on the baking!!

While I’m sure the Jme Jaime Oliver kitchen selections are going to taste fabulous, their packaging is just too cute to resist…did you know you could register for food items??

Le Creuset is another must have, and in a glossy black, the dutch oven is perfect for roasting and making one pot meals that can come straight to the table as is.

I love quirky little kitchen gadgets, so this Kuhn Rikon herb chopper in bright green is a must have….well, anything in a bright green is a must have for me!

The Cole & Mason electric salt and pepper mills are so sleek and modern…I might have to re-register just to add them to my household.

There aren’t too many pretty toasters out there, but this Breville beauty really looks as good as it works.

So after all this, you’re going to want to know how to enter to receive a $200 giftcard right?

How to enter:
1. First, you need to register with Williams-Sonoma to enter the giveaway. If you’ve already got a registry going with W-S, all you have to do is add another item to your registry and include this item in your comment.
2. Then you need to leave a comment stating that you’ve registered and leave your own ‘Moment I Knew’ short story – this can just be a sentence or two.  What was the moment YOU knew your hunny was the one for you?
3. If you want to receive an extra entry (and who wouldn’t??), just include your public registry link in the comment.
Winner will be announced on Friday!  Good luck!
Clockwise from top: Kitchenaid Artisen Stand Mixer, selection from Jme Jaime Oliver Kitchen, Le Creuset 5-qt Oval Dutch Oven in Cassis, Kuhn Rikon herb chopper, Cole & Mason Electric salt & pepper mills, Breville Die-Cast Stainless Steel toaster

Thank you so much for the chance to win!
Oh, and how did I know that he was the one? When I realized that when he aid my name my heart fluttered and felt like it would burst with love. Your name sounds different (and kind of magical) when it comes from the lips of your true love :)

  3. Angel Says:

    I was already registered at Williams-Sonoma. http://www.williams-sonoma.com/registry/2440046/registry-list.html

It’s my fiance’s favorite store. I just added the Adjustable Burger Press, because we love to grill and sit outside for dinner.

I knew he was the one the first morning we moved in together. He leaves for work about 30 minutes before me. When I went to the kitchen, I saw a cute note, my coffee cup, freshly brewed coffee and a pastry set out for me to start my day. He is so thoughtful and loves to show how much he loves me.

  4. Janet Says:

I knew the first time we cooked a meal together. It was a seemless effort, full of love and good food! We haven’t stopped cooking since!

We have already registered at Williams-Sonoma, so to give life a little more flavor, I added this to our registry: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products_g/maple-salt-keeper/?pkey=csalt-pepper-mills%7Cctlsalkee

And here is our full registry: https://secure.williams-sonoma.com/registry/2538854/manage-registry-list.html

I’ve been on the fence about adding the Kitchen Aid Mixer. I have loved this ever since I first laid eyes on it, but could never bring myself to spend the money to get one. Now… it’s added! http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products_r/4363297/?registryId=2577988&fromrgl=1

We were already registered at Williams Sonoma, our full registry is: https://secure.williams-sonoma.com/registry/2577988/manage-registry-list.html

I knew he was the one when he asked me to spend Christmas with his family the first year we were together. I knew the question was coming, and I was nervous because I thought it might have been too early in our relationship for meeting the family, during such a big holiday no less! However, Once he asked all my nerves went away and all I wanted to do was go and spend Christmas with his family. I was so excited! My reaction surprised me, and that is when I realized that he was the one for me.

  6. Sara Says:

I just added Paisley Jacquard Napkin, White Item #: 11-7622467 to our registry for when we have guests!

It was when after 2 weeks he told me he was in love with me that I knew I could not live my life without him. He’s my bff as well as my lovah! :)

  7. Eleanore Says:

I just added the Cole & Mason Electric salt & pepper mills because they are so awesome! Great find!

I knew he was the one for me when we went to a wedding in Buffalo, New York after about 3 months of dating and he had his tie tied with a Double Windsor knot. It just melted my heart because that’s how my dad taught me to tie his ties, and I simply fell in love.

  8. Margaret Says:

We were already registered, but we added this Microplane box grater — already have a wand one and love it!
    http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products_r/5427117/?registryId=2597426&fromrgl=1

I might have known my fiance was for keeps when we went backpacking to camp on the California coastline and for some reason didn’t actually bring backpacks. We were so miserable lugging all the stuff in messenger bags tied together, but we still had a wonderful time together.

Also, I would completely cherish a new stand mixer! I’ve baked a couple of wedding cakes for friends in the past, and would love to do more — but a lot of our appliances didn’t survive an international move, so a new KitchenAid would be right at home.

  9. jennifer young Says:

i just added the Breville One-Touch Tea Maker!
i knew he was the one when i saw him speak in public for the first time :)

here is a link to my registry!

    Alright – I added this: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products_r/piazza-ice-cream-scoop/?pkey=cspecialized-kitchen-tools%7Cctlsptice

I knew he was the one when I said I love you! I’d never said it to any one in a romantic lovey way before – and when I said it, I meant it. Plus now I get to Lord over him that i was the first one to say it!

I knew he was the one when he drove 2,500 miles across the country to be “visit” me and ended up staying forever.

  15. Caroline Says:

What a fantastic giveaway! I just added the Taylor Digital Scale and Measuring Cup, though I am totally in love with everything on our registry.

I knew he was the one when we were at a Met’s game about 6 or 7 months after we’d started dating. We were walking to our seats, and they were playing the cheesy “untz-untz” dance music, and he just stopped, turned to me and started dancing in the most ridiculous way possible. I knew then that he’d do anything to make me laugh, and that is the mark of a definite keeper!

    Here’s a link to our registry: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/registry/2553796/registry-list.html

  16. Marta Says:

The moment I knew was when we spent 14 hours in the car driving from New Orleans to Chicago – and never got bored or fought! it was actually way too much fun!

    Here is our registry: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/registry/2611619/registry-list.html

I can’t get enough of Williams-Sonoma. I just added this to my registry: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products_r/6990196/?registryId=2611918

I knew he was the one when the first argument we had was about physics rather than any normal subject matter. It’s a bit odd, but I love having someone I can talk to about everything.

And here’s the link to my full registry: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/registry/2611918/registry-list.html

  19. Patti G. Says:

I knew he was the one when he went back to NY to visit family. I dropped him off at the airport, kissed him goodbye and while driving away, I BURST out crying! I couldn’t wait for him to get back to me.

My absolute FAV item is the Apilco Hare Casserole Dish! I adore it. I have no idea what I’ll cook in it for my boo, but can’t wait to use it. A close runner-up would be the Molcajete…it reminds us of my abuelita.

    Here’s our registry: https://secure.williams-sonoma.com/registry/2465370/manage-registry-list.html

    Thanks! Great giveaway!

  20. Kelsey Says:

I just added OXO Stainless Steel Salad Spinner!

We both knew almost immediately. I knew the first moment I saw him. I was a trainer and he was a soccer player, in college, and he handed me a water bottle and I literally knew it then. Before we even dated, we knew.

    Here’s our registry link: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/registry/2623848/registry-list.html

  21. Lauren Says:

Oh, how I’d love to go shopping at Williams Sonoma without burning a hole in my wallet!! We registered there quite a long time ago, but I just added the Goldtouch Nonstick 6-Piece Essentials Bakeware Set to our registry:

The moment I first knew was very simple, but spoke volumes about my fiance’s character. We knew each other from classes, but the first time we hung out socially, I invited him to a big event that I had planned at school. He called when he was on his way over, and sought me out right away. We spent that whole evening together, talking, dancing, and hanging out with friends. At the end of the night, as the event was clearing out, I had to run upstairs to my dorm room to get a check to pay a vendor. He walked me to the entryway door, and waited at the base of the stairs for me to come back down. I hadn’t asked him to escort me, and he didn’t try to come upstairs to see my room, he just waited like a gentleman. That confirmed my suspicions – that he was a wonderful man!

Thanks for the chance to win – we’d love to shop Williams Sonoma!

  22. Erica Says:

    I registered!

Moment I knew: When I couldn’t get on my flight to move to NYC because I knew i’d be making the biggest mistake of my life. He’s made the stay in Texas very blessed & worthwhile!

Im excited about the tortilla press. His grandmother gave me her tortilla recipe, and we love making them with everything!

    Our Registry: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/registry/2623986/registry-list.html

  23. Jessica Says:

We registered at Williams Sonoma before but just added the amazing Mauviel M365 Copper 7-Piece Set! I love it!

The moment I knew he was the one, was when I was in college at the dorms and he was in boot camp. I didn’t realize I couldn’t live without him until then.

  24. Beth Says:

Ive been with my fiance for almost 7 years. We started dating back in highschool and really have grown up together. There have been little moments and memories all along the way that made me know he was the one.

I knew Mr Ramon was the one on our first date – there was a spark that could not be denied!!

  26. relic watch Says:

Additionally, watch out for the fake “review” websites that rate the quality of
other websites’ products. Yes, there will always be a difference, be it in the logo, strap, dial, features, or anything else. For example, the Tank Francaise Series is a historical collection by itself.
