Real wedding: Brett + Adam

This. Wedding. Is. Freaking. Awesome.
We were truly lucky that all the people we worked with were so amazing, professional and friendly. They truly helped us create a day that felt like it was our own. We got married at this fabulous house overlooking the Hudson Valley called Osborn Castle (aka Cat Rock). We had a family style dinner catered by Fresh Company. Our florist, Denise Fasanello made beautiful clusters of flowers and greens along the tables. Our photographer, Jeff Tisman got me (typically camera-shy) to come out of my shell for the day. Both our rabbi and dj are friends. I embroidered the talis for our chuppah. Our invitations were from Bird and Banner. All of the pieces fit into place that day but nothing was as great the joy and the energy of our friends and family. Every day should be so filled with love!
There were so many great real weddings these past 2 weeks…thanks to everyone that sent in!
UPDATE: Brett’s dress, for those of you asking, is by Monique Lhuillier, and is for sale if anyone is interested (size 2)

I love everything about this, but mostly how much of the couple’s personalities seem to be everywhere in the photos.

Where is that wedding dress from? I love the vintage feel and the fact it’s not a darn strapless for once!!!
